Classification de tension de BT, MT et HT.

Qu’est-ce que la définition de Basse Tension, de Moyenne Tension et Haute Tension ?

Les systèmes d’énergie d’électrique peuvent être divisé en trois catégories principales : la production, la transmission et la distribution. En termes d’efficacité, chaque catégorie est opérée dans un niveau différent. La production d’électricité est performée pour la production de tension la plus efficace pour le type de production. Et puis, elle intensifie à l’Extra-Haute Tension (EHT) pour la transmission et ce niveau descend au Haute Tension (HV) sur la sous-transmission. Quand l’énergie arrive à la zone de distribution (la ou l’énergie est distribué aux consommateurs industrielles, commerciales et domestiques) la haute tension est réduite encore une fois à la moyenne tension pour la distribution et finalement si le point de charge est un consommateur domestique ou commercial, la moyenne tension est réduite à la basse tension (BT) et délivré aux consommateurs [1,2]. Nous pouvons considérer la moyenne tension comme un système circulaire de tous les réseaux d’électrique car elles sont généralement le lien entre les phases de la transmission (HT) et la basse tension.

Classification de tension de BT, MT et HT

Comme nous avons expliqué au-dessus, les systèmes de BT, MT et HT sont classifiés en utilisant les niveaux de tension sur lesquels elles ont opéré. Il y a deux systèmes des niveaux de moyenne tension et basse tension : Amérique du Nord (surtout USA) et Européen [2], les normes sont comme :

Pour Amérique de Nord :

  • MT : 4kV a 35kV
  • BT :120V

Pour l’Europe :

  • MV: 6kV to 33kV
  • LV: 230V

Différence entre les tensions haute, moyenne et basse.

Il semble que la seule différence entre ces systèmes est la valeur nominale de tension sur lequel elles opèrent ensemble, mais les considérations de design et les systèmes des topologies sont considérablement différents [1]. A cause des niveaux de tension et courant sur lequel elles opèrent ; l’équipement et le matériel utilisé dans le système de moyenne tension sont considérablement différents des uns utilisé dans la basse tension mais ils peuvent être comme les matériaux utilisé dans le système de haute tension.

Les disjoncteurs utilisés dans le passé était isolé par huile mais les uns utilisés couramment sont isolé par le gaz SF6 et le type de vacuum. La raison primaire est que les types d’huile a plus de risque d’incendie et de défaillance et donc, exigent plus de maintenance. Les appareillages de commutation à moyenne tension sont généralement placés dans la même zone avec les autres appareillages de commutation. Ces zones ont souvent des systèmes d’air-refroidissement mais le gaz de SF6 peut être utilisé.

Moyenne Tension et Usage Industrielle

Les systèmes de moyenne tension, que vous avez probablement connu comme les systèmes de distribution, peuvent être utilisé dans une variété de zone des sous-stations de distribution locales aux installations industrielles. Même si les sous-stations de moyenne tension peuvent être construit dans les zones intérieurs, elles peuvent être construit aux zones extérieures là où il n’y a pas d’un problème spatial [3].

Selon les consommateurs, les charges et leurs besoins différents : Les systèmes de moyenne tension peuvent avoir des designs différents. Lors de design de système de moyenne tension : les considérations primaires sont : l’économie, la charge présente, le trend de celui-ci, les prédictions de charge à venir et l’opération ininterrompue dans la situation de défaillance. Généralement, quand le système sera utilisé pour l’application urbaine, il est désigné dans une organisation radiale. Par la, s’il y a une interruption dans l’une des lignes (ou bien branche), les manœuvres du système se performent et les consommateurs dans la branche interrompue continueront à être suppliés [4]. Dans quelques installations industrielles, la ligne de transmission venant de la station de transmission est réduite avec la sous-station de moyenne tension de l’installation et puis est distribué à l’installation à cause de la grandeur de la charge totale et en raison qu’alimenter quelques charges avec la moyenne tension est plus efficace. En dehors de ce scenario, les lignes de moyenne tension sortant des stations de distribution de moyenne tension sont réduites aux sous-stations qui sont près des consommateurs et distribué au loin de cette location. Les transformateurs de moyenne tension peuvent être le type domestique ou monté sur le pôle. Dans les zones urbaines, la tension est réduite premièrement dans les transformateurs primaires de type domestique qui sont installés dans le boitier de transformateur qui peuvent être facilement observé par tout le monde et puis, réduite encore une fois en utilisant les transformateurs secondaires monté sur le pôle et alimente les habitations. Les transformateurs de moyenne tension ont une puissance nominale entre 16kVA eu 2500kVA et ils sont monophasés ou bien triphasés. Ces transformateurs ont deux bobinages par phase et ils sont isolé par huile et refroidissement naturel. Pour empêcher toutes les interruptions ou bien les accidents dangereux, seulement les personnes autorisées peuvent entrer aux zones fermées des transformateurs de moyenne tension. Dans les zones urbaines, l’autorisation et l’accès appartiennent aux entreprises de distribution, aux installations industrielles et aux professionnels qui sont autorisées et certifiées par les institutions internationalement connues peuvent travailler dans les transformateurs de moyenne tension.

Comment Mesurer la Moyenne Tension ?

En conséquence des risques de sécurité, il ne faut pas une interaction avec le système actif de moyenne tension pour performer le mesurément. Mais la plupart du temps, les mesurément en ligne et continuelles sont nécessaires. Donc, le niveau de tension sur les lignes de moyenne tension est réduit aux niveaux de basse tension en utilisant les transformateurs de courant (CT) et transformateurs de mesurément (MT). Par conséquence, les dispositifs de mesurément peuvent être connecté aux sorties de terminaux des transformateurs ou le niveau de tension est plus sécure à travailler. De plus, les sorties de CTs et MTs sont utilisés pour supplier les analyseurs d’énergie définitivement installés et les relais de contrôle.

Conseils sur la sécurité

L’équipement de moyenne tension est généralement placé dans une cabine métallique. Dans quelques jeux de barres des cabines, les disjoncteurs et l’autre appareillage sont séparés par une tôle alors que dans quelques parts, ils sont séparés par les matériaux non-métalliques. Dans les cabines qui sont d’un type spécifique, l’équipement est placé dans des divisions non-montable séparément. A cause des risques de sécurité dans la moyenne tension, il faut qu’on n’ouvre pas la cabine avant d’être sur qu’il n’y a pas d’énergie dans le système. La présence d’énergie dans ces cabines peut être monitoré avec les indicateurs de tension comme OVI+SR d’ORION EE sans ouvrir la cabine. A part de mesures de sécurité fondamentale pour travailler sur le système d’électrique, la mise a la terre doit être attentivement performée pour de-énergiser complètement parce que les components passifs de système (tel que les condensateurs et les inducteurs) sont capable de réserver l’énergie pour un peu de temps. Seulement après avoir été sur qu’il n’y a pas d’énergie dans le système et il est proprement connecté à la terre, on peut travailler sur le système.

D’autre point importante pour la sécurité est que les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) utilisés pour les systèmes de basse tension ne sont pas convenable pour les systèmes de moyenne tension. Par conséquent, les IPEs testés et certifiés pour le niveau de tension convenable pour la moyenne tension selon les standards internationales doivent être utilisés.

En conclusion, les tensions nominales ne sont pas seulement la différence entre le système de BT, de MT et de HT. Chaque système a son propre but pour sa zone d’application et donc, chaque système est un domaine spécial soi-même qui exige les personnelles spécialisées pour designer et travailler sur eux.

1- GENERAL EXPLANATION AND DEFINITIONS

  • Data processor: Real or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by the data controller,
  • Data recording system: A recording system in which personal data are structured and processed according to certain criteria
  • Contact person: The real person who is notified by the data controller during the registration to the Registry for the communication to be established with the Authority regarding the obligations of the legal persons residing in Turkey and the representative of the legal person data controller who are not resident in Turkey within the scope of the Law and the secondary regulations to be issued based on this Law. ,
  • Personal data storage and destruction policy: The policy on which data controllers are the basis for the process of determining the maximum time required for the purpose for which personal data are processed and for deletion, destruction and anonymization.

2- INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA CONTROLLER

In legal entities, the data controller is the legal entity itself. The data controller obligations of legal persons residing in Turkey within the scope of the Law are fulfilled by the body / person or persons authorized to represent and bind the legal entity. The body authorized to represent the legal entity may assign one or more persons in relation to the obligations to be fulfilled in terms of the implementation of the Law. 5- METHODS OF OBTAINING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data can be obtained directly from the person concerned, as well as indirectly, depending on the purpose of acquisition of the acquired data, including but not limited to online sales platforms, camera recording, vendors, solution partner institutions and organizations.

6- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Orion EE processes personal data for the following purposes. These purposes;

  • Tax, etc. within the scope of tax laws, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and other legal regulations. fulfillment of liabilities regarding public receivables,
  • Taking measures regarding the protection of consumer rights within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
  • Receiving orders for the products that the relevant persons want to purchase from Orion EE, selling the products, delivering the products to the relevant persons, collecting the prices, providing after-sales services for the sold product, measuring customer satisfaction, collecting any complaints and suggestions regarding the sold product or service evaluation,

7- TRANSFER AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Orion EE does not transfer the personal data it has obtained for data processing purposes to third parties / institutions without the express consent of the data subject.

8- TAKING EXPRESS CONSENT OF RELATED PERSON IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data to be processed by Orion EE are processed by obtaining the "express consent" of the relevant person within the scope of Law No. 6698. Explicit consent; It refers to the consent of the person concerned, which is based on information and will be explained freely on a specific subject.

In accordance with Article 5/2 of Law No.6698, in the event of one of the following conditions, personal data may be processed without the explicit consent of the person concerned.

  • It is clearly stipulated in the laws.
  • It is compulsory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to disclose his consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid.
  • It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
  • It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation.
  • It has been made public by the person concerned.
  • When data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right.
  • If data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.

9- STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Orion EE destroys the personal data (deletes, destroys or anonymizes the personal data) upon the expiration of the purpose of processing personal data, and the expiry of the mandatory retention periods specified in the Laws and other legislation.

10- RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON

The persons concerned have to apply to the data controller and ask about themselves;

  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

11- APPLICATION TO THE DATA CONTROLLER

Natural persons whose personal data are processed may apply to Orion EE regarding their claims within the scope of their rights specified in Article 11 of Law No.6698. The persons concerned can benefit from this right provided that they submit their applications in Turkish. The relevant persons can convey their requests to Orion EE via one of the following communication channels. In this direction, the relevant persons request;

Orion EE finalizes the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in the amount specified in Article 7 of the "Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Officer". In case the application is caused by the error of the data controller, the fee collected is returned to the person concerned.

Personal data owners defined as "relevant person" in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (will be referred to as "KVKK") (will be referred to as "Applicant") are given the following rights within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

• Request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Pursuant to the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Officer, the applications to be made to our Company regarding these rights are either in writing or by using the e-mail address previously notified by you to our Company and registered in our Company's system orionee.com address by sending an e-mail or other methods to be determined in the future by the Personal Data Protection Board (referred to as the "Board"). Sending an e-mail from your e-mail address registered to our company, "Request for Information within the Scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data" will be written in the subject part of the e-mail message of info@orionee.com. Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVKK. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of article 13 of the KVKK.
